Dredge floats are made from high wear resistant MDPE material by rotational molding technology. The outer shell is made of medium density polyethylene material with excellent flexibility, filled inside with high strength polyurethane closed-cell foam. Dredge floats can provide buoyancy for dredge pipeline,widely used for supporting suction/discharge hoses. The dredging pipe floats are manufactured in a bright color to act as warning signs to other vessels in the vicinity.Dredge floats are also manufactured in a way that will allow them to absorb the energy from vessel collision, to protect the pipelines that they are supporting. Thanks to the excellent structure and good performance, the floats have become the ideal substitution of the traditional steel floater for the floating dredging pipes.
