With the in-depth prevention and control of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus, all units will resume production and operation in succession. In order to ensure the effective prevention and control of the epidemic and the orderly operation of the work, in accordance with the overall deployment of the party central committee and the state council for the prevention and control of the epidemic and the first-level response measures of the municipal party committee and the municipal government on major health emergencies, the following requirements are proposed for the units to resume production:
1. Set temperature monitoring points at the entrance and exit. During the prevention and control of pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus infection, the normal production, operation and work units must set up temperature monitoring points, conduct temperature monitoring one by one for the people coming in and out of the country, and strictly implement the relevant provisions of the first-level response and prevention and control measures for pneumonia epidemic caused by the new coronavirus infection.
2. Effectively implement disinfection measures for units and places. Strictly implement daily ventilation and disinfection regulations, focusing on elevators, stairs, corridors, dining halls, offices, temperature monitoring points, etc. to prevent the occurrence of cross-infection.
3. Strengthen personnel health monitoring. Staff must wear masks on duty, education guide staff to consciously comply with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, to maintain good hygiene and healthy habits. To establish the morning examination system and absence registration system due to illness, such as fever and other symptoms of discomfort should be timely in accordance with the relevant procedures. Staff who have come from or have been to an outbreak area and have not been under medical observation should be advised to stay in isolation for self-observation and should be promptly registered and reported.
