(5) Platform design should investigate and master the hydrological and hydraulic environment, which is an important issue related to technology, safety, and cost.

(6) Under the harsh natural conditions of sheltering the ocean, floating platform docks are constructed using commonly used supports or ship construction methods in rivers. It is necessary to build stable and reliable offshore construction platforms that are suitable for natural conditions.
