Dredge floats are made from high wear resistant MDPE material by rotational molding technology. The outer shell is made of medium density polyethylene material, filled inside with high strength polyurethane closed-cell foam. Dredge floats can provide buoyancy for dredge pipeline,widely used for supporting suction/discharge hoses. The dredging pipe floats are manufactured in a bright color as warning signs to other vessels.Dredge floats can absorb the energy from vessel collision, to protect the pipelines that they are supporting.
