SINOPIPE' s UHMWPE composite pipe's characteristic is that the flanged steel pipe is used as the outer layer of the reinforcing protective layer and the UHMWPE pipe is used as the inner layer of the matrix pipe. The matrix pipe of the inner UHMWPE pipe extends the outer orifice of the outer layer to the outer edge of the flange end surface to form an integral structure, thus combining the characteristics of the UHMWPE pipe with the carbon steel pipe. It can be used in ash conveying, water returning, tailing and slurry conveying in mining industry,especially high-pressure conveying of pulverized coal in coal preparation plant, high-pressure conveying of coal-water slurry and slag-containing corrosive medium conveying in other industries.

※It has stronger bearing capacity and can withstand higher internal/external pressure than ordinary pipes, up to 25-30 Mpa.
※Not afraid of external impact, lining will always be protected, especially suitable for some high-pressure pipeline in harsh environment.
※The temperature performance is good in the environment of -50 C to + 80 C.
※Flanged connection is easy to dismantle and install. No sealing is needed to the joint of the pipe, which reduces the weak points in the pipeline and make maintenance easier. The steel pipe will be once for all investment. When pipe become old,old steel pipe can be repaired and lined with new ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) pipe layer to make it continue to be used.The service life of the composite pipe is 4-5 times longer than that of the metal pipe.
