3LPE Pipe

3LPE coating system is a multi-layer coating structure composed of three coating materials of fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), copolymer adhesive and PE top coats for steel pipe anti-corrosion.

The external anti corrosion of 3LPE generally consists of three layers:
※First layer epoxy powder (FBE > 100um)
※Second Layer Adhesive (AD) 170-250um
※The third layer polyethylene (PE) 1.8-3.7mm

The inner anti-corrosive coating of 3PE pipe is generally epoxy powder.
